WAPA POWER LINES SPUR COMMENTS

Since the end of November, Estes Valley residents have been discussing a proposal by the Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) to replace existing power lines between Estes Park's dam and the Flatiron Power Station near Lyons. WAPA is a part of the federal Department of Energy.
